5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets, licensed tools, fonts, or code libraries that remain subject to their original licenses.

6. Warranty and liability

We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted site performance caused by third-party services, hosting providers, plugins, or client-side changes after handover.

7. Image and media notice

Some images displayed on this website are used for illustration and presentation purposes to show the level of quality and style we aim to deliver. Not all visuals are original MangoSoftwares work, and some may be licensed, demo assets, or reference materials.
